What counts as a node?
A node is any single backup target you monitor — a server, database, VM or endpoint. Each plan includes a fixed number of nodes; to monitor more, move up to a higher plan.
How does overage billing work?
Node and user allowances are fixed by your plan. The only usage-based charge is extra managed storage ($0.10/GB/mo), billed on top of your plan at the published rate. There are no hidden tiers or bundling.
Can I bring my own storage?
Yes. Keep evidence in your own AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloudflare or on-prem storage for a flat $25/mo connection fee. Your data always stays in your control.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual prepay saves 15% and can be cancelled at renewal.
